RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre’s Mac Program centres around the Mechanical Horse nicknamed Mac.

This program is designed to develop and enhance abilities of participants through activities and exercises that are tailored to the needs of individuals.

MAC programs are a fun way of developing abilities in rain, hail or shine weather and are accessible on a regular basis.

When in motion the Equizicer Mechanical horse mimics a real horse’s movement (either walk or canter), exposing riders to different sensory experiences and to exercise, practice technique, improve body posture and positioning.

The Equicizer has a spring balanced mechanism that is easily activated and controlled by the rider’s level of effort and fitness. The motion is created and maintained by the rider’s seat, legs and or arms or externally by a Coach or volunteer by pushing the head up and down.
